Lead PHP Developer

Responsibilities:

Lead a Scrum-based team and deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
Mentor and manage junior/mid-level developers, including goal setting and performance reviews.
Implement best practices in TDD, CI/CD, and software design.
Drive innovation and collaborate with the Product Owner to define technical goals.
Help refine Agile processes to enhance team productivity.

What You'll Bring:

Expertise in PHP, JS/TypeScript, and frameworks like Symfony, Laravel, and NodeJS.
Experience with monolithic and microservices architectures.
Proficiency in MySQL, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong background in TDD, unit testing, and API creation.
Leadership experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
