iO Associates are partnered with a consultancy that support over 40 Police departments across the UK, as well the Home Office on Boarder Force projects.

They are looking for an M365 SharePoint / Power Platform Developer to join their award-winning Development Team.

You'll be part of a team focused on developing user-centric digital systems and applications. Your responsibilities will span the entire life cycle, from analysing and designing solutions to creating them. You may serve as the technical lead for projects, contributing to architecture and strategy discussions.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Design and develop solutions that meet latest industry standards and accessibility requirements.
• An understanding of the broader Microsoft technology stack and an ability to leverage it to create powerful solutions.
• Experience the design, development and implementation of Power Platform solutions to meet user needs.
• Understanding of control and governance principles and able to advise on best practices.
• Operate well as part of a multi-disciplinary team - recognising the different roles within a typical agile team, and their role in delivering the solution.
• Active SC Clearance (desirable, not essential).
• Active NPPV2/3 security clearance essential.
