About the Role
We are hiring NetApp Storage Specialists (L2 & SME levels) to manage and optimize enterprise NetApp, EMC, and HP storage systems across SAN, NAS, and cloud storage. The role involves on-site visits and working in 24/7 shifts to ensure performance, security, and business continuity.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years (L2) / 8+ years (SME) experience in NetApp, EMC, and HP storage
Expertise in NetApp C-mode, 7-Mode, Grid, FSX
Strong knowledge of storage provisioning, performance tuning & automation
Experience with backup, replication, and data migration
NetApp storage certification preferred

Preferred Skills

Cloud storage experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
ITIL frameworks & automation tools
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

Manage & optimize NetApp storage infrastructure (SAN/NAS)
Monitor & enhance performance for efficiency and reliability
Develop & maintain data protection and disaster recovery strategies
Ensure security compliance and implement access controls
Troubleshoot & resolve storage-related issues
Document storage configurations & incident reports
Collaborate with IT teams & mentor junior engineers
