Key Responsibilities

  • Design Optimisation: Improve and refine energy system designs for safety, performance, and scalability.
  • Safety Focused: Lead safety assessments like HAZOP and LOPA to minimise risks.
  • Collaboration: Work with a talented team of engineers to ensure seamless integration across disciplines.
  • Documentation: Prepare key technical documents and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Project Delivery: Help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

They are looking for a driven and proactive Process Design Engineer with:

  • Strong background in process design and safety assessments (HAZOP, LOPA), ideally in the energy or engineering sectors.
  • Proficiency in P&ID drafting, safety analysis, and technical documentation.
  • 2D CAD Design
  • Experience with mathematical system modelling using MATLAB or similar tools.
  • A degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
