I am currently looking for a driven and analytical Product Owner to join an innovative healthcare provider who use technology to improve how patients receive medical care. They are committed to delivering transformational change to patient experience!

The role of Product Owner is pivotal in supporting our Platform Product team, working independently to understand and work out the detail required to meet the product's objectives. The ideal candidate will exhibit a deep understanding of system integration principles, and the current health care technology landscape. You must be detail-orientated, able to progress independently within the strategic parameters set for the product and have a passion for healthcare innovation.

You will be expected to define the detail of any kind of new features and changes required to the platform alongside outlining and managing the platform roadmaps, providing detailed knowledge about specific areas of the platform and detailed descriptions of the required features.

Experience needed:

  • Proven experience in product management within technology or healthcare sectors, with an understanding of the healthcare environment, especially the NHS and the UK healthcare technology landscape.
  • Demonstrated understanding of software delivery, with proficiency in Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop complex logical models.
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking: pro-active and confident in resolving issues and escalates as appropriate; able to identify, analyse and resolve obstacles in order to reach a desired outcome involving logical reasoning; critical thinking and creativity to address complex or uncertain situations
  • Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management with an ability to identify and understand customer needs, and strives to provide the best possible service, focuses on outcomes.
