We are seeking a talented Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Neu-Ulm (Pfaffenhofen ad Roth) and oversee the development of embedded systems for safety and security-critical applications in medical technology, avionics, automotive, Industry 4.0, and more.

Drive Innovation and Ensure Project Success:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 1 You will lead project teams, manage stakeholders, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage development projects, taking full ownership of budget, timeline, and quality.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Work across a diverse project portfolio, spanning a variety of industries (automotive, industrial, rail, medical).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, development teams, sales, and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to perform project cost calculations and planning.
  • Prepare proposals and present them to clients in conjunction with the sales team.
  • Utilize a range of project management methodologies, from traditional (waterfall) to agile (SCRUM).


Your Profile:

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing technical projects and motivating teams.
  • Project management certification (e.g., IPMA, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Experience with safety standards such as IEC 61508, ISO 26262, or IEC 62304 is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to contribute ideas and actively participate in shaping company goals.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
