Job Title: Project Manager

iO Associates is collaborating with leading experts in data management, specialising in the secure migration, archiving, and quality assurance of patient data. As the company experiences rapid growth, they are excited to offer a permanent position for a Project Manager.
You will oversee multiple projects, including data migration and archiving from systems like EPRs and LIMS. You'll develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, while maintaining strong relationships with healthcare organisations and third-party suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and manage communications
- Produce and maintain project documentation
- Manage risks and provide regular updates to senior management
- Ensure software upgrades are tested and approved
- Resolve customer issues and manage project budgets using NetSuite
Skills:
- Proven experience with NHS EPR data management projects
- Experience in managing software implementation projects within the NHS or other healthcare networks
- Understanding of the NHS Data Model
- Certified in Prince 2, MSP, or similar project management methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.
