Responsibilities

  • Work in compliance with procedures outlined in DOE, POE, MOE, CAME, and other relevant specifications.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams, particularly with the Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Production teams.
  • Coordinate, support, and participate in authority audits, including the creation of audit checklists.
  • Review and update organizational expositions, capability lists, procedures (such as handbooks, process specifications, and technical instructions), and forms.
  • Provide ongoing detailed reports on the organization's current quality status.

Main Activities

  • Prepare and conduct internal training sessions and briefings related to internal procedures and technical topics.
  • Develop and update company manuals and procedures.
  • Provide support to Maintenance, Production, Design Organization, and CAMO regarding the application, extension, and renewal of maintenance licenses and internal authorizations.
  • Perform duties as a Quality Inspector for the Production, Maintenance, Design, and CAMO organizations.
  • Serve as an Internal Quality Auditor.
  • Assist the Quality Assurance Manager and Director in administrative and organizational tasks, particularly regarding the issuance, renewal, or modification of approval certificates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Several years of practical experience in the aviation industry.
  • Active or former holder of an Aircraft Maintenance License is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in quality assurance and/or quality inspection roles.
  • Auditing experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of EASA Regulations Part 145, Part M-CAMO, and/or Part 21 Subparts G-J, as well as associated guidance materials.
  • Strong ability to draft handbooks, procedures, technical instructions, and audit reports.
