Your Role

Lead air surveillance radar projects from a technical standpoint
Drive activities like modelling, data & signal processing, and sensor simulation
Ensure engineering milestones (CDRs, PDRs, etc.) are achieved with precision
Collaborate closely with radar system engineers working on RF, hardware/software integration
Bridge the gap between technical depth and project coordination - no financial admin required

What You Bring

Deep experience in radar systems - particularly data modelling & signal processing
Motivation to grow into a Technical Project Leader (TPL) role
Familiarity with tools like Matlab and high-level programming languages
Background in defence or aerospace (non-safety critical)
Ability to thrive in a structured yet curious and innovative team environment
