Location: Remote role, with some travel to the headquarters in Bochum and to clients.
Type: Full-time, unlimited contract.

Our scale-up client are developing the next generation of microchip processing technology and they are seeking a Head of Sales to lead their business development activities and drive growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a young scale-up in a key position, where you will shape and build the Sales strategy.
About the Company:
Our client has developed an advanced process for microchip processing, which is integral to the production of high-performance chips are used in nearly all modern technology. Based in Bochum, they are on a rapid growth trajectory and are poised to become a key player in the industry.
Your Responsibilities:
- Leverage your network in the semiconductor industry to establish strong relationships with our customers.
- Visit clients and prospects regularly to build and maintain rapport with existing customers.
- Represent Lidrotec at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
- Develop sales strategies, conduct market analyses, and independently establish your own sales concepts aligned with our system.
- Communicate market requirements to product management and development teams.
- Lead the sales process from creating offers to the delivery and installation of our machines at customers' sites.
Requirements:
- Direct sales experience within the semiconductor industry.
- A proven track record of sales success with international companies.
- Strong knowledge of technical project management.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
