My client is an expert in business process automation and low-code integration, having started developing softwares in 1999. As a highly skilled and reliable software firm, they collaborate closely with top software providers and partners.

They are looking for SAP (S/4HANA) Developer to work for them on contractual basis, remotely. You will be working alongside the team that is developing a connector tool designed to seamlessly integrate with S/4HANA. This connector will enable streamlined access to S/4HANA's objects, schemas, and data, facilitating faster and more efficient integrations within our platform. The tool will be built using their proprietary SDK framework, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

Offer expertise and support to the internal team on the technical setup and integration of S/4HANA.
Address inquiries related to S/4HANA APIs, schemas, and operational functionality.
S/4HANA Developer with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA REST APIs and the S/4HANA system.

Required:

Setup and configuration of S/4HANA
Understanding and managing schemas
Efficient operation of the S/4HANA system
Utilizing S/4HANA APIs effectively

Must haves:

S/4HANA Catalog Service: Required to enumerate all available APIs.
Expertise in OData Protocols (v2 and v4) and handling OData Metadata.
Proficiency in the OAuth2 protocol and establishing secure connections to S/4HANA APIs.
Configuration of roles and permissions in S/4HANA to grant user access to specific objects (refer to the object list below).
Comprehensive knowledge of S/4HANA security, user management, and tenant configuration.
