iO Associates are currently partnered with a dynamic solutions provider specialising in embedded platforms for vehicle and industrial applications. Their expertise drives the automotive industry towards software-defined, autonomous, zero-emission vehicles while ensuring safety and innovation.

Our client works with renowned automotive customers such as VW and Volvo who rely on their world-leading embedded platforms and AUTOSAR capabilities.

They are currently looking for a German-speaking senior software engineer to liaise between local customers and their client teams in Germany, Sweden, and India, and to be actively involved in technical work in the projects.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in the Automotive industry
• AUTOSAR stack development, integration, and configuration
• Extensive experience in the following:
• Embedded C, microcontrollers, automotive communication protocols
• Configuration management and continuous integration
• Automated testing
• Proficient in C/C++ and Python
• Business-level fluency in German and English

Responsibilities:

• Interface between customer and internal project teams
• Analyse & debug customer issues and provide solutions
• Align input requirements and provide technical direction during execution
• Be involved in technical work, enabling value creation in software by best-in-class embedded platform solutions
