☀️ Power the Future: Senior Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) - Grid Integration (Renewable Energies) ☀️
Locations: Munich | Hamburg | Traunstein | Berlin (Choose your preferred location!)
Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for seamlessly integrating diverse renewable energy sources into the grid? Do you thrive on complex projects and want to make a significant impact on the energy transition? Join our dynamic and innovative team as a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in Grid Integration!
Why This Role is Your Next Step:
We are a leading force in driving the climate-neutral future through innovative energy solutions. We're not just talking about it - we're actively shaping it by developing and implementing large-scale, sector-coupled projects for ourselves (as an independent power producer) and for our clients. If you're a "climate hero" ready to take on exciting challenges in photovoltaics, battery energy storage systems (BESS), wind power, electric charging infrastructure, and district heating, then #bepartofourJourney!
Your Mission:
As a Senior Electrical Engineer in Grid Integration, you will be at the forefront of connecting our ambitious renewable energy projects to the grid. Your responsibilities will include:
- Grid Connection Expertise: Planning and implementing grid connections for diverse, primarily sector-coupled large-scale projects (PV, BESS, e-mobility, wind, district heating) up to 100 MW.
- Conceptual Leadership: Developing comprehensive electrical plans, grid integration strategies, and sophisticated control and protection concepts, always adhering to relevant German and international standards.
- Independent Coordination: Taking ownership of communication and coordination with network operators and system certification bodies.
- Project Ownership & Collaboration: Conducting thorough technical reviews of execution documents, providing crucial support during commissioning, and effectively communicating with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Providing technical expertise to our sales team during customer consultations and offering valuable mentorship to junior engineers.
What We Offer You:
We foster a collaborative and empowering environment where your contributions are valued. Expect:
- A vibrant workplace characterized by strong team spirit and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- A company culture that encourages you to take ownership, grow professionally, and actively contribute to a climate-neutral future.
Your Profile:
- Solid Foundation: A completed degree in Electrical Engineering, relevant technical training with a Master Craftsman/Technician qualification (m/f/d), or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven Experience: Several years (ideally around 5 years) of practical experience in electrical engineering planning for medium- and high-voltage systems.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of relevant standards and regulations, preferably within the renewable energy sector (e.g., VDE-AR-N 4110/4120).
- Efficient Work Style: An efficient, independent, and well-organized approach with a hands-on mentality.
- Communication Prowess: Excellent problem-solving skills and fluent German language skills. English proficiency is a plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel within Germany (approximately 20%) and a valid Class B driver's license.
Why Choose Us?
- Meaningful Work: Directly contribute to the energy transition and a sustainable future.
- Exciting & Impactful Projects: Engage in challenging and rewarding activities with the freedom to contribute your ideas.
- Security & Flexibility: Enjoy a permanent position with flexible working hours and hybrid work options.
- Generous Time Off: Benefit from 30 days of vacation per year (based on a 5-day week).
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Including a company pension scheme, attractive perks, JobRad®, Give Card®, EGYM Wellpass®, kindergarten subsidy, and much more.
- Growth Opportunities: Access internal training on specialized topics and external professional development opportunities.
- Be Part of Something Big: Actively participate in the success of a rapidly growing and innovative company.
