Senior Treasury Manager

Position: Treasury Manager
Reports to: Director, Corporate Treasury Risk Management (US)

Onsite in Mohali, Punjab
6 pm - 3 am (US Shift)

One of my clients is looking for a Treasury Manager with strong experience in people management,

serving as a single point of contact, you will be collaborating with Banks for KYC, Due diligence and auditing. You should be excellent in initiating conversations with banks.

It is a fulltime onsite position based in Mohali. This company leads the real estate sector and have offices in the US and more than 17 other countries. Over 22,000 workers are employed worldwide, with over 600 of them based in India

Experience required:

• 8+ years in Finance or Treasury.
• People management experience a must.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• UBO/KYC oversight: Manage compliance across bank accounts and issue Letters of Credit.
• Collaborate with business units on cash diversification and investment.
• Optimize cash flow and liquidity, monitor cash positions, and enhance visibility.
• Maintain relationships with financial institutions and negotiate terms for services.
  Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare treasury reports for senior management.
• Contribute to financial strategy and long-term planning.
• Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 treasury professionals.
  Work US shift hours for optimal collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) required; CPA preferred.
