AWS Solution Architect

📍 Location: Zurich, Switzerland

💸 Salary: Up to CHF 140,000

🏠 Work Arrangement: Hybrid (office and remote)

This team are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a strong development background to help design and implement AWS based cloud solutions. You'll be working alongside the DevOps, Development and Engineering teams to develop complex software architectures and assist in the optimization, implementation and migration of AWS architectures.

Responsibilities

• AWS: Design and implement AWS Cloud solutions using services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation/Trail/Watch.
• Lead: Manage project teams from conception to completion.
• Develop: Create strategy roadmaps for customer migration projects.
• Collaborate: Work with pre-sales teams on cloud solution proof-of-concepts, considering costs and security.

Your Skills

• Education: A technical degree from a UNI/ETH/FH.
• Experience: 6+ years with complex software solutions with AWS.
• Background: Strong software development background.
• AWS Expertise: Deep understanding of its services and architectures.
• IaC: Proficient in tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible.
• DevOps: Familiarity with CICD pipelines, DevOps tools, automated testing, and code quality.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English (fluency is a hard requirement).
