Your Role

As a Solution Engineer, you will be at the heart of our technology, ensuring seamless integration of our cutting-edge software into our clients' infrastructures. You will collaborate closely with customers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business success.

Your Responsibilities

✔ Software Integration: Install, configure, and integrate our software solutions into clients' existing IT environments.
✔ Technical Implementation: Develop and implement solutions for data integration using REST APIs, databases, and ETL tools.
✔ Operations & Support: Ensure smooth operations with proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and 2nd- and 3rd-level support.
✔ Training & Presentations: Conduct product training and presentations for clients and partners.
✔ Testing & Quality Assurance: Ensure the reliability of new software versions and maintain technical documentation.

Your Profile

✅ Education & Experience: Degree in IT (System Engineering focus) or equivalent qualification.
✅ Technical Skills: Strong expertise in software integration, databases, and APIs. Proficiency in Red Hat Linux (Command Line, Scripting) and container-based software (Kubernetes) is essential. Experience with ETL tools and Python is a plus.
✅ Professional Background: Prior experience in technical support and knowledge of IT service components such as container technologies, databases, web services, and virtualization. Project management experience is an advantage.
✅ Languages: Fluent in German, with good English skills.
