Are you looking for a freelance role where you are working just 3 days per week in Zurich?

If yes, and you have a passion for Azure as a Systems Engineer, then this team are looking for you to make an impact on cutting-edge cloud solutions! This software engineering company focuses on the technology with a modern tech stack and public cloud environment. You will be utilising your Azure expertise to advise and teach the less experience members of the team, while managing the IaC, and the PaaS and M365 environments.

The Role:

• Azure: Process recommendations and measures (Azure Advisor, Defender for Cloud, Entra ID Security Recommendations), implement sustainable Azure Tags & Policies across all subscriptions.
• Shape Cloud Governance: Identify and optimize resources in Azure and M365.
• Automation: Evaluate Function or Logic App for IaaS and PaaS automation.
• Knowledge sharing: Onboard new team members to the Azure universe (training, knowledge transfer, maybe even containers/AKS).

Your Skills:

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent (university, ETH, FH).
• Customer-focused with a quality mindset.
• Expertly utilized Azure and Azure admin skills.
• Incident and change management (ITIL).
• Swiss based.
• Fluent in spoken and written German; Swiss German? Even better!
