Job Title:- Technical Administrator
Location:- REMOTE
Pay Rate:- £18 per hour inside IR35
Duration:- 12 months to start (2-3 years of contract)
Interview:- 1 round of video interview

IO Associates is looking for a Technical Administrator to join their Aurora Engineering team as a primary focus and it would be across the Integro programme when possible.

The resource will support management access to the systems used within the programme, such as SharePoint sites and libraries. They will also facilitate and coordinate the information reviews in line with corporate policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:-

  • Assist the AWE EM in Managing, control and monitor the distribution of information and collation of comments within the review cycle.
  • Assist the AWE EM in scheduling and deconflicting meetings, reviews and demonstrations
  • Report to the AWE engineering manager on the task
  • Meeting and review scheduling
  • Document review co-ordination
  • Technical secretary recording and drafting of minutes
  • Issue document transmittals
  • Manage the Collaborative Working process and monitor its use and effectiveness
  • Own and maintain the document and review tracker matrix
  • Facilitate and coordinate the information reviews in line with corporate policies and procedures
  • Support management access to the systems used within the programme, such as SharePoint sites and libraries, Teams sites and Meridian
  • Clearly report progress and issues as required by the Engineering Team management


Qualifications:-

  • Experience of working within Meridian EDMS
  • Clear, concise, communication skills
  • Ability to develop good customer/supplier working relationships at all levels
  • Able to handle changes effectively and to focus on achievement
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
