For their client, IO Associates is looking for a Technical Records Administrator. The client is the second largest space company in the world. The client brings interoperable and collaborative solutions to ensure superiority for combat systems across the five operational domains: land, air, sea, space and cyber.

This post's main duty is to locate a resource to complete the tasks listed in the Data Analysis's fortnightly audits and, if necessary, raise WORs for them.


Job Title:- Technical Records Administrator
Location:- Carterton, West Oxfordshire (Hybrid working 3 days onsite)
Duration:- 6 months (Likely to extend)
Upto 25 per hour


Responsibilities:-

  • Communicating with the Technical Records Coordinator about their daily agenda.
  • Adhering to all relevant Atlas procedures and Regulation Articles (RAs)
  • Gathering and organising all documentation, then sending it to the appropriate CAW Management and Technical Support staff members for assessment.
  • Auditing all MDS transactions performed by the Pt 145 on a daily and monthly basis, raising WORs for corrections and reporting mistakes back
  • Completing a Technical Logbook Check to make sure all paperwork is current, truthful, and correct.
  • Scanning, electronically filing, and archiving all documentation in the appropriate location and format in accordance with the relevant Atlas protocols;
  • Ensuring that all blank papers are present and correct inside the papers Packs prepared for down route activities.
  • Collating the requested data for the Military Airworthiness Review (MAR) team in support of the annual audit
  • Publishing all approved Engineering Documentation as requested on the F Drive so it is accessible by all relevant departments
  • Transferring Engineering Documentation to the MRO as requested IAW Export Control Regulations
  • Downloading and archiving all aircraft flight data

Performing retrospective data entry into MDS for:

  • aircraft exiting from Base Maintenance
  • aircraft returned to Main Operating Base from Retrofit or other external maintenance agencies.
  • Including, ensuring all maintenance is reforecasting correctly, all transactions have been carried out correctly utilising the P/Ns and S/Ns listed on Form 1s/CofCs.


Skill Set:-

  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be able to work autonomously and be highly organised
  • Must have previous data entry experience
