2x Network Support Engineers (NOC) - Juniper

Two Network Support (NOC) Engineers wanted by established IT Managed Service Provider.

Are you a NOC / Network Support professional who can drive common solutions, be an integral part of the Network Engineering Team, helping impact your colleagues work, and can help support a 24/7 customer demand.

12-hour shift rotation (4 on, 4 off). Customer facing experience will be required, along with your troubleshooting experience.

• £35,000-£45,000 base salary (experience and certification dependent).
• Home working available.
• Paid Technical Training, i.e., certifications.

Skills & Experience Wanted:

• Experience with troubleshooting Juniper
• Good customer facing experience, accompanied with astute commercial acumen.
• Ideally holding an MSP, ISP, or IT Services background.
• JNCIA, JNCIS or even JNCIP certifications (desirable).
