3rd Line Engineer

Full-time/ Permanant

Onsite x5 days per week in Portishead

£40k - £45k

iO Associates are working with an IT company in Bristol, who are looking for a Third Line Support Engineer to join their team in Bristol. In this role, you will provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist with the design and delivery of IT projects.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, overseeing and maintaining computer network servers, and other IT systems.
Deliver and support IT projects, assist clients in implementing new technolgies and improving their IT infrastructure.
Ensure network security, protecting client networks from cyber threars and implementing security measures.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Experience troubleshooting IT issues
Experience in managing MS Exchange
Excellent communication, to liase with clients
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 (𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀):

hold MCP/or CCNA certifications
VMware/Hyper-V certification
Cloud computing accreditation (Azure/AWS)
