iO Associates are working with an established and growing Tech consultancy who are looking for an Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

They are an award-winning agency that specialise in data analytics, insight and systems for charities and not-for-profits. They are experts in fundraising and the data behind it, and work with many of the UK (and the world's) best known charities

Working with the Account Director, you will manage client relationships with a focus on delivering impact and value for their business. You will work with the key client stakeholders, internal SMEs and technology partners across projects and strategic consultancy services to ensure positive and valued outcomes

What they are looking for:

Proven experience in client management with strong interpersonal skills
Experience managing teams to successfully deliver projects
Ability to challenge constructively to support client and agency objectives
Understanding of how technology and tools support client activity
Active interest in learning about the charity sector
