We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Director of IT and Transformation to join the Senior Leadership Team based in their Nottingham office.

Flexible approach to remote working.

Salary up to £90,000 - potentially some flex on this.

This is a pivotal role where you'll have the chance to shape the future of their technology and data strategies, contributing directly to the success of a not-for-profit organization. You will play a key role in corporate performance management, risk management, and supporting the Executive Team to deliver projects.

Experience needed:

• Experience overseeing and driving the technology strategy
• Background in IT management and systems
• Expertise in project management, cyber security, data protection, and disaster recovery
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Senior leadership experience in Technology, Information, and Transformation services within large organizations
• Proven ability in people management, leadership, and results-driven focus
• Experience in managing large budgets, strategic risk, and data-driven decision-making
• Track record of driving value for money, continuous improvement, and successful change management
• Strong communication, networking, and persuasion skills at all levels
