IO Associates B1/C EASA Leader Aircraft Maintenance -

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate a highly skilled base maintenance team in partnership with the aircraft supervisor.
Serve as certifying staff, releasing aircraft into service and conducting double inspections.
Execute and oversee troubleshooting, testing, maintenance, and implementation activities as per Maintenance Organization Exposition procedures.
Assist with procuring essential tools and ground support equipment.
Manage both planned and unplanned maintenance requirements.
Communicate aircraft system status during maintenance to relevant departments.
Ensure all maintenance activities meet regulatory standards and are properly documented.
Actively promote and adhere to the Safety and Quality Policy.

Required Expertise and Skills:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in base maintenance.
Holder of EASA Part-66 Cat B1/C license with at least one of the following type ratings: Gulfstream IV / 450 / V / 550 / 650, along with experience as certifying staff.
Leadership experience is a strong advantage.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in various environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills are highly desirable.
Excellent communication abilities.
Self-driven, motivated, and proactive.

Fluent in English.
