- Lead and coordinate a highly skilled base maintenance team in partnership with the aircraft supervisor.
- Serve as certifying staff, releasing aircraft into service and conducting double inspections.
- Execute and oversee troubleshooting, testing, maintenance, and implementation activities as per Maintenance Organization Exposition procedures.
- Assist with procuring essential tools and ground support equipment.
- Manage both planned and unplanned maintenance requirements.
- Communicate aircraft system status during maintenance to relevant departments.
- Ensure all maintenance activities meet regulatory standards and are properly documented.
- Actively promote and adhere to the Safety and Quality Policy.
Required Expertise and Skills:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in base maintenance.
- Holder of EASA Part-66 Cat B1/C license with at least one of the following type ratings: Gulfstream IV / 450 / V / 550 / 650, along with experience as certifying staff.
- Leadership experience is a strong advantage.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in various environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Self-driven, motivated, and proactive.
- Committed to upholding the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety.
- Fluent in English.
