Your Role

As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in advising and guiding clients through the full implementation process of our cutting-edge software solutions. Your expertise in IT Service Management and strategic consulting will help businesses optimize their operations and drive success.

Your Responsibilities

✔ Client Consultation & Advisory: Guide customers throughout the implementation process, analyze their needs, and develop tailored solutions (Solution Design).
✔ Relationship Management: Build long-term customer relationships and identify optimization opportunities.
✔ Project Management: Plan, manage, and execute customer projects (Assessments, PoCs, and implementation) including time and resource planning.
✔ Technical Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients.
✔ Pre-Sales Support: Assist in pre-sales activities, develop sales materials, statements of work, and respond to customer inquiries.
✔ Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to implement client-specific requirements and contribute new ideas.

Your Profile

✅ Education & Background: Degree in IT with additional business administration training.
✅ Experience: Several years of experience in IT Service Management and consulting for enterprise clients.
✅ Leadership & Communication: Confident and competent communication at management and C-Level.
✅ Technical Knowledge: Broad understanding of IT infrastructure components and software architecture.
✅ Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and customer-oriented mindset.
✅ Project Management: Experience in leading customer projects and visualizing data insights.
✅ Languages: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
