Category Manager - Structures and Interiors
Location- Munich, Germany
Type- Working on-site is required

You will report directly to the Head of Procurement for Structures & Interiors. The Category Management Team handles sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationships. As part of an interdisciplinary Integrated Project Team (IPT), you will focus on designing, manufacturing, and delivering aircraft structures, interiors, landing gear, electrical systems, and additional components from prototype to serial production.

Essential Skills:
Min. 2-4 years of experience within Procurement and in supplier management required
Experience in contracting in the aerospace or automotive sectors required
Experience with SupplyOn and/or INFOR is highly appreciated

Responsibilities:
Contribute to the Multi-functional team which will shape and lead the supply chain for the Structure and Interiors parts within the aircraft.
Support the Procurement Strategy & Policies aligned to the overarching company strategy.
Secure the plant delivery to safety, time, cost, and quality targets with support of Supply Chain Operations counterpart.
Lead big scale supplier sourcing deployment projects with end-to-end responsibility from start of analysis to ramp up at stable performance.
