In this position, you will develop innovative cloud solutions for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, design add-ons for Microsoft Teams, advise customers on-site and remotely, drive agile methods and DevOps, design data models, and take on 3rd level support, as well as utilise your software development expertise. 🌐💻🚀

💸 up to CHF 135k (experience dependent)

Responsibilities

• Development: Develop cloud-native solutions based on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Add-ons: Create new solutions as add-ons to Microsoft Teams.
• Design: Support in the design and conception of solutions in the Microsoft environment, including AI solutions.
• Advice: Advise customers remotely and on-site.
• Agile Methods: Further develop agile project methodology and DevOps processes.
• Data Models: Design data models and perform analyses, transformations, and migrations of data.
• Support: Provide 3rd level support for the products.

Qualifications

• Completed IT vocational training or a comparable degree and/or relevant professional experience in the IT field.
• Experience in implementing solutions in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Proven knowledge of C#, JSON/XML, SQL, Web Services (REST), Azure CI/CD, and experience in web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and well-known frameworks (React.js is an advantage).
• Good understanding of DevOps processes and deployment mechanisms in Azure.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• English: B2 level.
• German: C1 level.

Desirable Skills

• Industry Experience: Experience in the telecom industry (processes, procedures, surrounding systems, etc.).
• Tools: Experience with supporting software development tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Certifications: Certifications in Microsoft 365 or comparable qualifications.
• PowerApps: Experience with PowerApps.
