iO Associates are looking for a Commissioning Engineer to work with a sustainable packaging business whose goal is to decarbonise the food and beverage sector worldwide. With the least carbon footprint and the ability to be recycled again, we produce and distribute items made of recycled paper.

Required:

• Excellent general electromechanical knowledge, encompassing mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering, is required of the candidate.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience, preferably gained abroad, in equipment commissioning.
• Knowledge of PLCs (it is advantageous to be able to develop or change structured text code).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the commissioning of new repeat build machines via SAT worldwide and FAT in the UK.
• Promoting continual improvement by providing feedback to the engineering disciplines of controls, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Overseeing the installation of upgrades and validation tests on current hardware.
