Our client seeks a proactive Business Improvement Manager / Compliance Manager to join their team in Nottingham. This role focuses on managing the company's business improvement initiatives and maintaining key certifications (TickITplus, ISO9001, ISO27001, Cyber Essentials/Plus, and so on). This role will be 2 days a week on site in my clients Nottingham office and is offering a salary of £45,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Business Improvement Programme and certifications
  • Lead the QA team and manage the Internal Audit Programme
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure resolution of quality issues
  • Implement and review company policies and procedures for consistent application
  • Maintain quality certifications and drive additional standards to enhance market reputation
  • Develop and deliver business improvement plans and continuity procedures
  • Represent the company at external forums and support Cyber Essentials/Plus activities
