My client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their data team. This role will be pivotal in modeling data and constructing their internal data platform for the first time. Key responsibilities include using dbt to transform data into accurate and dynamic models for business insights and reporting. Additionally, the Data Analyst will assist in the entire data process, from digestion to visualization.

Role Requirements

• Collaborate with data scientists to design, evaluate, and monitor the performance of models and algorithms.
• Work with data scientists, data engineers, and backend developers to address client and user challenges.
• Ensure accurate data collection in partnership with data engineers.
• Enhance customer understanding to provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct end-to-end data analysis, from data cleaning to insight extraction.
• Demonstrate value to prospective clients by expanding on existing tools and techniques.
• Develop innovative methods to showcase key analysis from complex data sets.
• Drive product and business strategy through analytical findings.

Required Skills

• 2/3+ years of experience as a data analyst.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Python (especially Pandas) and SQL.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Superset, etc.
• Basic understanding of machine learning and a keen interest in further learning.
• Knowledge of data ethics.
• Ability to present analysis and insights to diverse audiences.
• Strong work ethic and a thirst for knowledge.

Desired Skills
