iO Associates is seeking a Data Architect to work with a company with a solid track record of delivering managed services, products, consulting, and research and development, a top-tier engineering and technology business that serves clients all over the world.

We are seeking a Data Architect who will be responsible for the strategy, architecture and high level design of data intensive solutions, and will also support Client Managers directly in a pre-sales capacity to develop
relationships and solutions that can support future business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Assist Defence clients in formulating their data as a strategic asset strategy and identifying the proper procedures and degree of governance.
Explain the data strategy to both technical specialists and non-technical stakeholders.
Specify and design the architecture for analytics and data software solutions, either as stand-alone projects or as part of a bigger, multidisciplinary program.
Assist in the development of high-level technical needs and client relationships by supporting the Sales and Campaign functions.
Represent client's and its technical solutions and capabilities toward client communities.
Offer junior team members coaching and technical direction.
Adhering to the policies and procedures of the customer.

Skill:-

Knowledge of data architecture and data strategy in the context of the UK military or other public sector.
A solid grasp of both organized and unstructured data, as well as the methods required to utilize them in various contexts.
Proven track record of collaborating with software and data engineers to develop solutions for challenging data issues.
Working knowledge of an Agile Framework
Understanding that working with cloud solutions differs from dealing with typically hosted systems in terms of the methodologies needed.
Experience collaborating on intricate technical bids and engaging in business development.
