About the Role
We're hiring a Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and optimize MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases. You'll ensure high availability, security, and performance, working on database design, replication, automation, and disaster recovery.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in database administration
Expertise in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
Strong skills in SQL, performance tuning & disaster recovery
Shell scripting & automation experience
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud databases
Understanding of ETL & data migration

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience with SQL & NoSQL database security

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure & maintain MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Optimize queries & indexing for high performance
Implement security, role-based access & backups
Manage replication, clustering & failover strategies
Troubleshoot database issues in production
Automate database maintenance & monitoring
Work with engineering teams to design scalable solutions
