Role Overview: As an IT Manager, you'll manager the Office IT System, optimizing processes, and support IT unification. You'll also be a responsible for conceptualizing and maintaining venue networks, providing technical support, and driving the local team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain the Office IT system

  • Optimize processes and support IT landscape unification

  • Conceptualize, implement, and maintain venue networks

  • Provide technical support and drive the local team

  • Plan and control the IT budget in compliance with approval processes

  • Ensure timely planning and realization of IT projects

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders

Profile:

  • Proven success in team management

  • Computer science degree or equivalent expertise

  • Instructor's certificate (Ausbilderschein) or willingness to obtain it

  • Service and solutions-oriented, open-minded, and a great team player

  • Strong communication skills and ability to set priorities

  • Stress-resistant and autonomous

  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools (PowerBI, SharePoint, Dynamics365)

  • Good understanding of Linux, Network, Cloud, and Azure concepts

Languages:

  • Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
