iO Associates are working with a forward-thinking digital healthcare consultancy who service the NHS on EPR Transformations. They are looking for 2x EPIC Data Analysts to join their skilled team on a hybrid basis (remote with 2x days on-site in the Midlands). Contract and permanent opportunities are available!!

The ideal candidate will be EPIC-certified with a deep understanding of EPIC modules, healthcare data, and analytics. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, reporting, and supporting decision-making processes by leveraging EPIC's tools. Experience with Cogito and Caboodle is highly desirable, as these tools will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse, interpret, and manage healthcare data within EPIC's modules to support clinical and operational decision-making
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using EPIC tools like Cogito and Caboodle
Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the EPIC system
Work cross-functionally with various departments to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions

Qualifications:

EPIC certification is required
Strong experience in EPIC reporting tools like Cogito and Caboodle is highly desirable
Experience working with large healthcare datasets and understanding of healthcare workflows
Proficient in data analysis, SQL, and data visualization tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and security
