Job Title: EPIC Data Analyst - multiple roles available
Location: Hybrid - remote with 2x days on-site in the Midlands
Type: Full-time / Contract

iO Associates are working with a forward-thinking digital healthcare consultancy who service the NHS on EPR Transformations. They are looking for 2x EPIC Data Analysts to join their skilled team on a hybrid basis (remote with 2x days on-site in the Midlands). Contract and permanent opportunities are available!!

The ideal candidate will be EPIC-certified with a deep understanding of EPIC modules, healthcare data, and analytics. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, reporting, and supporting decision-making processes by leveraging EPIC's tools. Experience with Cogito and Caboodle is highly desirable, as these tools will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, interpret, and manage healthcare data within EPIC's modules to support clinical and operational decision-making
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using EPIC tools like Cogito and Caboodle
  • Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the EPIC system
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions

Qualifications:

  • EPIC certification is required
  • Strong experience in EPIC reporting tools like Cogito and Caboodle is highly desirable
  • Experience working with large healthcare datasets and understanding of healthcare workflows
  • Proficient in data analysis, SQL, and data visualization tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and security
