I am collaborating with a global client in the manufacturing and engineering sector to find an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead their ERP implementation and upgrade initiatives across various departments and modules.

Your goal will be to ensure that the client's systems and processes align with business objectives and are optimised for efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in ERP project management and a proven ability to drive projects from inception to completion. You will need to be confident working across all departments and have a natural drive for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day activities will vary, but you will be expected to:

  • Direct the entire ERP implementation process, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Oversee relationships and allocate tasks to a remote team of developers.
  • Assess development solutions to ensure they meet requirements before user testing.
  • Coordinate thorough testing of the ERP system, covering integration, performance, and user acceptance.
  • Create and regularly update training programmes for end-users to ensure effective use of ERP modules.
  • Oversee transitions to new ERP versions, offering support and addressing issues as they arise.

The ideal candidate will have experience of ERP implementation within a manufacturing setting and a deep understanding of processes within ERP systems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders are essential. This role is based out of the client's Surrey office and, due to the nature of providing training across departments, will require being on-site four days a week.

The client is offering a salary of up to £70K, alongside an excellent benefits package, including a bonus and flexible working hours.

If you have the skills and experience we're looking for, we would love to hear from you. Apply now to join a forward-thinking team committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
