Head of IT - InsurTech - £110,000 - Hybrid

Are you an experienced Head of IT/ Developement/ Engineering looking to join an exciting company?

I am representing an InsurTech client who are looking for a Head of IT to join and manage their IT Department. Key responsibilities will include keeping their internal framework ahead of the curve, directing the production of new products and overseeing the tech team of 10-12.

Looking for someone coming from an OOP development background who will be able to help on the day unblocking of the team whilst balancing a people management aspect. The role will also encompass an aspect of stakeholder management so good clear communication is a must.

A big part of the role will be checking in with the team and being inward focused rather than outward so experience running and growing a team will be needed.

Salary is around the £110,000 but there could be flex for the right person
Hybrid - 2-4 times per month to see the team in Colchester (1hr 30mins from Liverpool Street)
