IT Manager

I am looking for an IT Manager to work with my global client within their technology services and infrastructure to ensure they meet current and future business needs. This role is the perfect fit for a proven leader within the IT space to really add value and harness my clients growing team on a permanent basis.

To excel in this role, you will need to:

• Lead and mentor a skilled IT team, driving the delivery of cutting-edge technology services.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap.
• Optimise systems and infrastructure, enhancing service levels and productivity.
• Support cybersecurity and compliance efforts, ensuring seamless operations.
• Manage third-party contracts and communicate progress on key projects.

We are looking for someone who has 'been there and done it', so they can hit the ground running, and therefore, you will need 8+ years of IT management experience with a strong background in financial and resource management.

The ideal candidate will also have:

• Expertise in cloud-based technology, digital architecture, and agile product delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex IT concepts for a broader audience.
• Proven leadership abilities in translating business needs into actionable IT strategies.
