Lead AWS Data Engineer

As a Lead AWS Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving business insights through data analytics, building scalable data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement robust data solutions on cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain innovative data solutions to enable real-time analytics using AWS and RDBMS technologies.
Design and build data pipelines with Continuous Delivery practices, integrating data from multiple sources.
Optimize cloud resource orchestration, including scheduling, monitoring, and performance reporting on AWS.
Improve data pipelines and workflows from experimental stages to production release.
Build self-service data platform tools for analysts, scientists, and engineers.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to create data services and products.
Manage and operate cloud-based environments, including in-memory databases like Exasol and Oracle.
Work with advanced data technologies and tools such as Apache Spark and Airflow.

Skills and Experience:

Strong understanding of data platform design, service development, and maintenance.
Hands-on experience with data extraction, integration, and deployment automation.
Expertise in cloud engineering with private and public cloud environments, especially AWS.
Proficiency in Data Warehousing, ETL, analytics, and reporting.
Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, and experience with Spark, MicroStrategy, Oracle/Exasol, and Superset.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
Fluency in English is essential.
