Maintenance Planner

Join our client's dynamic team and play a crucial role in the production of groundbreaking electric aviation technology who are looking for a Maintenance Planner. You will be responsible for developing and managing maintenance plans, maintaining master data in the maintenance database, and setting up maintenance schedules to ensure efficient and effective operation of machinery and facilities.

Essential Skills:

3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Maintenance Management Systems and maintenance best practices

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for equipment and facilities.
Create detailed work instructions and procedures for maintenance tasks.
Maintain accurate master data in the maintenance database, including equipment records and maintenance histories.
Develop and manage maintenance schedules to ensure timely task execution.
Coordinate with production to minimize disruption when scheduling maintenance activities.
Generate, prioritize, and manage work orders for maintenance tasks.
Ensure work orders include all necessary information and track their progress.
Allocate resources (technicians, tools, spare parts) to complete tasks.
Monitor personnel availability and adjust plans as needed.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and ensure documentation is accurate and accessible.
