A contract opportunity has come up for a Mechanical Engineer, working for a leading marine company to support with an exciting scope of project work

This role offers an opportunity to support Principal Mechanical Engineer with ensuring the project runs smoothly. This will have multiple responsibilities including design documentation, designing industrial gas systems.

The role will be on a 12 month initial contract, with there being potential for this to be extended.

Requirements:

Knowledge of mechanical building services
Knowledge of designing mechanical & nuclear process systems (fresh water, demineralised water etc)
Experience designing industrial gas systems (low and high pressure air, welding
Safety-critical background (Nuclear/Defence is preferred)

Due to the nature of the work, you will go through BPSS to get SC clearance, otherwise you will not be eligible to partake in this project work.

You must be based in the United Kingdom currently and be a Sole UK national.
