Principal Mechanical Engineer (Contract)

12 Months (Extendable)

£68-78 per hour

Warrington, Preston or Bristol / Hybrid

iO Associates has partnered with a client in the Nuclear industry, in the recruitment of a Principal Mechanical Engineer.

Day to day you will be involved in providing leadership in the delivery of engineering and technical activities through the application of process, domain knowledge and experience.

The skillset required is:

Chartered Engineer status is preferred
Background in a highly regulated environment (Nuclear, Defence, Aerospace etc)
Proven experience as a Principal Mechanical Engineer
Demonstrable experience in managing teams

Due to the nature of the work this role you will need to be eligible for SC clearance and based in the UK already, otherwise you will not be eligible to partake in this project work.
