Contract - 12 month (Extendable)
South West, United Kingdom - Hybrid
£65-75 per hour

An opportunity to work for one of the biggest Nuclear companies in the UK has come up to work as a Principal Safety Case Engineer.

This role will initially be for 12 months in the South West on a hyrbid basis, due to this increase in demand, there is a strong likelihood the contract will get extended.

You will be responsible for key parts of the project including preparing and agreeing the safety case strategy, ensuring nuclear safety requirements are incorporated to design projects.

Requirements:

• Experienced in safety reports (PSRs, PCRs or equivalent)
• Knowledge of regulatory negotiation and safety management
• Experience in managing, mentoring, training and developing teams
• Background in a safety-critical role

In order to be eligible for the project you will need to be eligible for BPSS clearance, if you do not meet this criteria you may not be eligible.
