Project Manager - Defence Simulation

We are seeking a Client Account Project Manager that will extensively work along side our national defence client on all things Simulation and Training.

Location: Germany, Remote with Frequent travel to client sites and once per month to Poland.

Salary: €100-130k + benefits + bonus

Languages: German and English Fluent, ideally native German

You'll be the go-to person for everything client:

• Become their simulation champion: Understand their needs, anticipate challenges, and ensure smooth operations.
• Project management pro: Deliver projects on time, within budget, and mitigate risks with expertise.
• Contract whisperer: Collaborate with the client to maximize value and satisfaction from our products.
• Data detective: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify glitches, and champion rapid solutions.
• Client base explorer: Travel to client bases, understand their simulation needs, and unlock new training possibilities.
• Business development buddy: Partner with our team to identify and win new opportunities.
• The ultimate Client bridge: Be the central source of knowledge within the business for all things client.

What we need:

• Project management master: A minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience, ideally with an IPMA certification.
• Bachelor's degree powerhouse: Project Management or a related field is a must.
• Military background bonus: Prior military experience is a huge plus!
• Licensed to drive: A driver's license is required.
• Communication rockstar: You excel at both written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, organization, and presentations.
• Tech wiz: Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is key.
• Independent operator: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with a smile.
• Native German language with Very good English
