Proposals Manager - Public Funded Projects

Location: Aachen, Germany
Salary range: up to 65.000€ per year.

We are seeking a Proposals Manager to focus on administrative management and proposal management for public funded projects. Your responsibilities will cover strategy development, proposal support and project planning, ensuring effective communication with funding agencies and project partners at all stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing a structured strategy for the acquisition and management of public funded projects.
Supporting the technical team with proposals for public funded projects.
Administrative responsibilities, e.g. Claiming funds in public funded projects, submitting paperwork to funding agencies, etc.
Communication and stakeholder management with funding agencies (EU + Germany).
Planning of projects in collaboration with the technical team.
Communication with project partners (companies and research institutes).

Requirements:

Experience in administrative management or proposal management of public funded projects.
Strong communication skills for interacting with funding agencies and project partners.
Organised individual who copes equally well with ambiguity.
Fluent German & English language skills.
Familiarity with EU and German funding processes is desired but not essential.
