Sales Engineer (m, f, d)
Location: Home-office in Southeastern US.
Salary: c. 100,000$ per annum.
Contract: Full-time, permanent.
iO Associates are proud to be partnered with FibreCoat, a pioneering scale-up leading the way in high-performance materials innovation. We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth in US markets, with a particular focus on industrial textiles for Defence applications and EMI shielding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Promote FibreCoat's innovative materials solutions to target industries, including defence and electronics.
- Leverage technical expertise to provide tailored recommendations and solve customer challenges.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Represent FibreCoat at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical sales or business development, ideally with EMI shielding or defence-related materials, or industrial textiles.
- Good understanding of technical materials and their applications.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven and highly organised, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- Willingness to travel within the US to meet customers and attend events.
