About the Role:

As a Senior SAP Finance (CFIN) SME, you will lead SAP S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance implementations, focusing on design, delivery, and solution development. You will guide end-to-end finance transformations, mentor teams, and engage in pre-sales activities to drive value for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP S/4HANA and Central Finance implementation projects.
Engage in pre-sales activities: solutioning, estimating, and client presentations.
Conduct client assessments and develop roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA or Central Finance.
Manage E2E delivery of SAP Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Mentor SAP Finance teams and drive best practices in project delivery.
Develop advanced SAP Finance solutions incorporating AI and automation.

Qualifications:

12-15 years of SAP/Finance experience with expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Central Finance.
Completed at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or Central Finance implementations.
Deep understanding of Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield methodologies.
Strong knowledge of finance satellite systems (e.g., Cash Mgmt, Taxation, FP&A).
CA or Finance MBA from a Tier 1/reputed institution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
