Senior SAP Product Owner needed - Hybrid - Outside IR35

We are seeking a skilled SAP Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the development and enhancement of our SAP solutions, ensuring they align with our business objectives and deliver maximum value.
This role requires a strong understanding of SAP systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for SAP solutions in alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features and enhancements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
Backlog Management
- Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories and tasks are clearly defined.
- Balance the needs of the business with technical feasibility and development capacity.
Agile Methodologies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the development team understands the vision and requirements for each sprint.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze the performance of SAP solutions, using data to inform decisions and enhancements.
- Gather user feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
User Training and Support
- Collaborate with training teams to develop user training materials and programs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to enhance their experience with SAP systems.
