Contract Senior Mechanical Handling Engineer

A contract opportunity has come up for a Senior Mechanical Handling Engineer, working for a leading marine company to support with an exciting scope of project work

This role offers an opportunity to support the Mechanical Design Manager with ensuring the project runs smoothly. This will have multiple responsibilities including design documentation, 3D model & 2D CAD drawings, as well as design reports.

The role will be fully remote on a 6 month initial contract, with there being potential for this to be extended.

Requirements:

Mathcad
Experience with Navisworks, Revit or Inventor
Understanding of engineering drawing
Safety-critical background (Nuclear/Defence is preferred)
Experience in a senior role

Due to the nature of the work, you will go through BPSS to get SC clearance, otherwise you will not be eligible to partake in this project work.

You must be a Sole UK national in order to be eligible for this specific project work.
