iO is looking for a Senior Mobile Application developer/Architect with ideally 8-10 yrs. Of experience working in UI/UX product design for web and mobile apps.
You'll lead the charge in bringing new innovations to market, from crafting sleek UI designs to mapping out user journeys, prototyping, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Dive deep into the ServiceNow ecosystem, mastering its platform and engaging with a vibrant user community.

Responsibilities:

• UI/UX across various formats and platforms, partnering closely with clients and ServiceNow stakeholders.
• Transform high-level concepts into comprehensive user experiences-from wireframes to polished prototypes.
• Engage agilely with engineering, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver designs on schedule.
• Leverage prototypes and live features for data-driven insights, shaping product enhancements and design improvements.
• Influence product roadmap and development, integrating user insights to drive company value.
• Deepen your understanding of users and market dynamics through feedback and industry analysis.

Experience Required:

• 8-10 years in UI/UX product design for web and mobile apps.
• Proven experience in customer-facing design within scalable systems integrating with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, etc)
• Ability to translate business goals into compelling design solutions.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow ecosystem and its user community is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Flutter for design, prototyping, and creating design systems.
• Strong collaborator with a history of fostering positive work environments.
