Your Role:

Customers: Customer satisfaction is a top priority.
Innovate and Optimize: Develop, operate, and optimize complex infrastructures in the Microsoft environment, ensuring high availability, security, and performance both on-premise and in the Microsoft Cloud.
Collaborate and Create: Participate in projects from conception to implementation, working closely with ICT architects and project managers.
Lead Workshops: Conduct workshops in the on-premise and Microsoft Cloud (M365 and Azure) sectors.
Support and Solve: Provide 2nd level support and solve complex problems.
Implement Changes: Execute complex changes according to specified processes.
Engineer Requirements: Handle requirements engineering for complex customer systems.
Enhance IT Infrastructure: Continuously develop and improve IT infrastructure for customer systems.
Document Everything: Maintain necessary documentation.

What You Bring:

Education: Completed computer science training in systems engineering or a comparable field.
Certifications: High level of certification in Microsoft products.
Experience: Several years of professional experience in system administration/engineering as a senior system engineer.
Language Skills: Fluent in German with good English skills.
Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
Personal Traits: Down-to-earth, motivated, and structured. You keep your cool and sense of humor even in hectic phases.
Driving License: Category B.
